Lead time
Prepared and shipped within [7 to 10] business days after payment. Large formats and sculptures sometimes need a little longer for custom packing. I write to you as soon as it ships, with the tracking number.

 

Packing and insurance
Each piece is hand packed, with reinforced protection for large formats and sculptures. All shipments are [fully insured for their value] in transit.

 

Delivery in France and worldwide
I ship across France, Europe and worldwide, with tracking, using carriers specialised in artworks. Delivery times depend on the destination, and I confirm them before shipping.

 

Customs
Outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may apply on arrival. They are [the buyer’s responsibility]. I provide all the necessary documents (invoice, certificate of authenticity).

 

Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Write to me, then send the piece back in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are [paid by the buyer]. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the piece.

 

Damaged on arrival
Photograph the parcel and the artwork on receipt and write to me within 48 hours. Insurance covers the damage.

 

On arrival
