L'Émotion de la Mer

There are seas that soothe. And then there are those that overwhelm. This one asks no permission, it takes, it carries away, it leaves you with a beating heart.

The sky is navy blue, dense, almost stormy. It rolls above the sea with that gravity of days when everything is at stake. The light has not disappeared, but it has withdrawn behind the clouds, as if to let the sea speak alone.

And the sea answers. It unfolds all its blues, deep, turquoise, emerald, in a continuous movement that never stops. At the shore, the waves burst into white foam, vibrating, alive.

It is pure emotion. The one felt before the Mediterranean when it remembers it is immense.
